Different food and treats were recommended along with immune supplements, an essential oil blend to help with his skin & natural flea/tick products. *NOTE: the owner had Mocha to his Veterinarian on 3 different occasions and was told that Mocha did not test positive for Mange. After a month or two of only minimal improvement, I recommended he seek a second opinion from a different Veterinarian. It was determined his original Vet never performed a test for mange. Mocha is now under the care of a new Veterinarian for mange and continues with his supportive care from Bailey's Pet Well-Being.
Roxy's owners sought my help after they felt they had tried everything to clear up her skin. Trips to their Veterinarian resulted in refills of antibiotics and ointments that temporarily helped her but her symptoms continued to return after the medicines ran out and at times worse than before. I recommended a few different changes to her diet, an essential oil skin spray and occasional baths or wiping with hypoallergenic cloths. She is happy and doing well with no more flare-ups.
